This is a sad time for indie comics as we’ve just lost an absolutely wonderful member of the community. Jeremy Dale was a friend to so many people in the industry and you would be hard-pressed to ever remember a time when you didn’t see him laughing or smiling. I’m proud to have called him a friend and I’m heartbroken by the loss.
He leaves behind his charming and delightful wife, Kelly and their beloved dog. He also leaves behind medical bills from being hospitalized and Kelly will need help with that and more for the next little while.
So many of us know just how much medical bills can cost, especially without insurance and add on the burden of what we already have on our plates and it is positively overwhelming. We need to come together and help out Kelly in her time of need and allow her to just be able to focus on grieving for her incredible loss.
