Remember that time when Gail Simone was fired off of Batgirl and the whole of the internet went beserk? Well, I do. We even talked about it on the podcast last week.
As it turns out, the new writer of Batgirl, well, it’ll be a familiar face that I’m sure we can all appreciate… it’s (DUN DUN DUN…) GAIL SIMONE (which really isn’t really news if you read the title of this news article)!

It’s VERY exciting and while I know myself and the other Talking Comics crew will be ecstatic over her triumphant return, I know our beloved Bob Reyer will be over the moon to hear this news. Basically, it’s a CHRISTMAS MIRACLE!
Ray Fawkes will be joining Gail Simone on the series.
