Synopsis:
9-year-old Lunella Lafayette is teased by the other kids at P.S. 20 who call her “Moon Girl” and laugh at her inventions. Who needs friends, though (she thinks), as she’s just biding her time until she can get into a “real school” like the Future Foundation that will appreciate her gifts.
There’s only one problem: Lunella has the Inhuman gene, which means that she could transform into a freak with powers at any moment! Using her “Kree Detector”, she’s found a device that might help stop the change– the Omni-Wave Projector. However, when it was accidentally activated, it opened up a time portal to the past that brought through to our present a group of angry cavemen called The Killer Folk (who are in pursuit of that self-same device), as well as a big, red dinosaur!
Is it possible for a 9-year-old girl and a 65-million-year-old mutated T-Rex to be friends?
Can Lunella use the Omni-Wave so that she can save herself from “The Change”?
