We’re back with the final installment — for now — of our Listener Supported Series, discussing Talking Movies fan Bobby’s pick, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes.
Somehow, Brian, Nick, and Chris all missed this flick when in was released in 2014, and with the next film in the trilogy, War for the Planet of the Apes, now in theaters, the time couldn’t be more perfect to check it out. Did the guys, er, go ape over the Matt Reeves-directed blockbuster? Find out that, plus: Nick and Brian gush over Spider-man: Homecoming, Chris revisits a once-beloved M. Night Shyamalan film and (what a twist!) finds it enormously disappointing, and Brian does a pretty passable Liam Gallagher impression.
