Sometimes, the movies we love the most are the ones we never thought we wanted to see in the first place. The opposite can be true, too. With that in mind, Brian, Chris, and Nick each discuss films that defied their expectations one way or another, becoming either treasured favorites or unexpected piles of crap.
For such a short episode, we sure do cover some ground here, from Charles Bronson to Katherine Heigl to talking gorillas — and lots in between. Plus, Brian serenades us with the “Hipster Nick” jingle, Chris reveals the J-horror remake against which he still holds a… low opinion, and Nick gets the sads when one of his favorite filmmakers lets him down.
