Aquaman #12 – Dan Abnett & Philippe Briones
- I have been up and down on this series since Rebirth. It started as an intriguing political book that has veered into something not quite as good. Looking forward to seeing that turn around. Nathan
- This fun romp with two iconic properties of the Swingin’ Sixties is sadly coming to a close, but I know that I’ll be smiling nonetheless!–Bob
Green Arrow #12 – Ben Percy & Otto Schmidt
- This book has also been up and down after a great start but has started to amp back up again. Percy is becoming one of my favorites and the art by Schmidt is always beautiful. Nathan
Injustice: Ground Zero #1 – Christopher Sebela & Pop Mhan
Nightwing #10 – Tim Seeley & Marcus To
- Nightwing has been one of those finge titles for me where each time it comes out I enjoy it, but as a whole do not have as much of a fondness for it as something like Detective Comics or Wonder Woman. The “Night of the Monster Men” crossover took a bit of the wind of my sails for this book, and I do think The Raptor has seen far too much page-time as of late, but this issue marks the beginning of a new arc, so I’m looking forward to seeing what Tim Seeley has planned for Dick now as he heads back to Bludhaven. –John D.
- I both agree and disagree with John on this title. I enjoyed Raptor as Seeley attempts to give Nightwing his own rogues gallery. I am hoping that the return to Bludhaven is the turning point for this series in a huge way. Nathan
- Supes vs. Frankenstein? I’d normally be hesitant about this seemingly forced storyline, but this team has earned my trust. Bring it. -Max
- I agree with Max here. This sounds kinda terrible. But this team has been crushing it and I actually think this is going to be pretty awesome. Nathan

- For those that have been waiting for the next big thing from the former Batgirl creative team of Brenden Fletcher, Cameron Stewart, and Babs Tarr, well, this is it. Motor Crush #1 is finally here and early reviews are already praising this book. That’s no surprise, really, given how well these three creators reenergized Barbara Gordon over in the land of DC. Now, on their very own creator-owned title, I expect them to absolutely kill it..or crush it as it were. –John D.

NOVA #1 NOW – Jeff Loveness & Ramon K. Perez
Slapstick #1 – Reilly Brown, Fred Van Lente & Diego Olortegui
- Kieron Gillen and Salvador Larroca’s 25-issue run on Darth Vader, which concluded a couple of months ago, was a masterpiece. Although I had mixed feelings about Doctor Aphra’s character, which was created in that series, I will definitely be giving this one a shot. -Vivek
