You know what I love more than comics? Crafts. Seriously. I love all crafts, from needlepoint to crocheting to decoupage. And for me, it only gets better when crafts and comics are combined together. I love seeing how the characters are interpreted through the creativity of the fans and the various crafty mediums. With that in mind, here are some amazing comic themed crafts people have made:

Let’s face it, if Deadpool was in LittleBigPlanet, that would be amazing. Here’s a fantastic mashup of a Sackboy version of Deadpool The artist even made little tiny weapons and belts. *Squee!* Crocheted by sackboyncostume.

These aren’t the paper cranes you learned to make in elementary school. These Loki and Thor 3D origami dolls are…dare I say it…divine. Folded with mad skills by WonderlandsGarden.

These FIMO DC and Marvel dolls by LolleBijoux are amazing. For those of you who don’t know, FIMO is a type of modeling clay. Let’s see if I can name everyone here… Supergirl, Scarlet Witch, Storm, Catwoman, Poison Ivy, Wonder Woman, Ms. Marvel, Black Widow, Dark Phoenix, Black Cat, Storm, Harley Quinn and Emma Frost. I can’t decide who’s my favorite!

I’m adding these Bat Bracers to my work wardrobe. Nothing says “I mean business” like these bad boys. I love that you can put them on with adjustable buckles, so much more practical. Great job swanboy!

Bane might look like a complete brute but as we all know, he’s actually quite a dapper gentleman. So it makes sense that he would have his own visage in stained glass. This beautiful piece was made by devilxkat.

This Lying Cat sculpture by monstercaesar is unbelievable. The details on the face make it look so lifelike, it perfectly captures the essence of the character. If I had this in my home, I would probably never tell a lie again.
